We have a 100 day guarantee with free returns for orders within Australia. (Please see below for personalised items).
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to return your items to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. We’ll even pay for the return shipping!
Upon submitting a Return/Exchange Request here, we will send you instructions to return your items to us.
Please note that we have two rules for returns:
Item(s) needs to be returned within 100 days of purchase;
Item(s) must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition.
This guarantee does not cover the breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear.
For orders outside of Australia, return shipping will be at your own cost for a refund or store credit. We do not currently offer exchanges, however you are welcome to return your item and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
Our silversmiths lovingly handcraft each unique piece. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order for us to confirm whether production has begun. Due to the bespoke design, we do not offer returns or cancellations of personalised orders once production has begun, unless item is received as faulty.
If production has begun or you have received your item and would like it to be amended, we may be able to remake the item for an additional fee. Please contact us for further details.
If you have ordered the wrong ring size, please submit a Return/Exchange Request here and you will be sent instructions to return your items to us for an exchange, free of charge for orders within Australia!

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to return to item to us within the 100 days period for a full refund. Simply let us know and we will be happy to help you out. The full refund amount will be based on your invoice amount minus any express post charges.
Upon submitting a Return/Exchange Request from here or contacting us to initiate a return, we will send you instructions to return your items to us within 1 working day.
Upon receiving your returned items, refunds/exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued the same way the payment was made, either credited back to your credit card, PayPal or Afterpay account.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will get the issue rectified as soon and smoothly as possible.
To keep up the level of service we provide to our customers we have to limit the number of returns and exchanges a customer can initiate to only two times per every order. Terms of return are within MYJS’s sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
